Hiking

Explore the trails of 6S River Ranch. Miles of beautiful landscape and rolling hills await, so take a walk on the wild side with us!

Horseback Riding

At TX Retreat, we have beautiful trails for both the beginner and seasoned rider! Ride through our beautiful pecan groves or climb the rugged hillside with our professional guides.

Ranch Tours

We have a fleet of ATVs, dirt bikes, and cargo vehicles available for tours of our large property. Meet our zebras, bison, donkeys, emus, exotic deer, and exotic sheep.

Other Adventures

Tons more outdoor activities are offered! Shoot skeet, go camping, roast marshmallows, take a helicopter tour, invite your favorite musician for a private concert, and everything in between.

Fishing

Fishing is one of our favorite passtimes at the ranch! Catch enormous catfish in our stocked pond or try for bass on our miles of riverfront property.

Hunting

Hunting is our specialty! Whether an add-on for your bachelor party or harvesting unique meat for your wedding, we offer guaranteed hunts with your preferred means.

One of the most stunning places I’ve ever been. The wildlife was lovely and it made for an unforgettable experience.

I'm not sure that I can truly do it justice in words. Every single part of our vacation couldn't have been better. The cabins were perfect, the scenery was picturesque and the wildlife perfectly framed the experience to feel like we were on the African Savannah (minus the lions). It truly made for an incredible time. Susan and everybody were so helpful, and there were additional funsies that added so much. I can't recommend it enough, and we really can't wait to be back!

Honestly I don’t even know where to start, but to say wow! What an amazing breathtaking place and views! Everything was perfect since we arrived Susan, took care of us and answered all of our questions and concerns! We took the tour of the property with Mr.Darryl, Susan, and Tony and wow it was beautiful. We were lucky to meet Charlie, (Wallaby) and my kids were able to feed him with Ms.Susan. Also she gave my kids all the ingredients to make s'mores. My kids were super excited and happy! If you are thinking of booking it, I 100% recommend this amazing, beautiful cabin. I for sure will be coming back ☺️

The boys and I had a blast over the weekend. Shane and his family were some of the most amazing and hospitable guests we could’ve asked for. Would highly recommend the place and activities around the property. Thanks again Shane, I will never forget such an amazing experience!
